These Terms apply to the NOCTIS scan, report, account, member area, and related services operated by Noctis FZE, registered in the United Arab Emirates.
NOCTIS provides appearance-based cosmetic wellness information for personal tracking. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, prevent disease, or replace medical, dermatology, psychological, employment, insurance, or identity-verification advice.
You must provide accurate account information and keep access to your email and authentication methods secure. You are responsible for activity under your account unless caused by our failure to apply reasonable security controls.
Scores and reports are informational baselines. They may vary with lighting, camera quality, angle, environment, user inputs, and time of day. Do not treat a report as a clinical fact or decision-making score about another person.
You must not use NOCTIS to identify, profile, surveil, rank, or make consequential decisions about another person, including employment, insurance, credit, housing, education, or access decisions.
Paid products, tiers, renewal terms, scan limits, refunds, and cancellation controls will be shown before purchase when paid memberships are enabled. Third-party payment processors may handle billing data.
NOCTIS, the report structure, visual system, copy, software, and related product experience are owned by Noctis FZE or its licensors. You receive a limited personal right to use the service according to these Terms.
We may restrict or close accounts that abuse the service, create security risk, violate these Terms, or attempt to misuse the scan/report system.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NOCTIS is provided without guarantees that reports will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for a specific personal, professional, or medical outcome.
We may update these Terms as the product develops. Material changes should be presented in the product or account flow when required.
For account, privacy, or legal requests, contact Noctis FZE through the NOCTIS support channel in your account until a dedicated public legal contact is published.
